Make sure you don't have Notes or any Notes related processes running. Check for Notes processes running as different users (or even LocalSystem).
You can try running NSD -k from the Notes program directory to kill any Notes process that might still be running. Check out my blog (shameless plug) for information on exactly what NSD -k does.'
